• Name and email address (required to create an account)
• Date of birth, qualification, category, state — optional profile fields used for eligibility matching
• Consent records: timestamp, IP address and version of terms accepted at signup — kept permanently for compliance
• Login history and active session metadata (User-Agent, IP) — for security

To provide eligibility matching, personalised job recommendations, and (with your consent) periodic email alerts for newly-posted positions you may be eligible for.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only the minimum necessary data with vetted infrastructure providers (email delivery, content storage, analytics) strictly to operate the service. All providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your saved jobs. With your acceptance of our terms we may use Google Analytics 4 (aggregated, IP-anonymised) to understand which pages help job-seekers most. You can clear cookies anytime from your browser.

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (cost factor 12). API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-derived Fernet. Sessions are bearer-token based with 7-day expiry. We monitor login audit logs for suspicious activity and revoke compromised sessions immediately.

RozgarSignal is intended for users aged 18 and above (the minimum age to apply for most Government of India recruitments). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us and we will remove the account.

Email alerts are strictly consent-based. You can opt out anytime from your dashboard settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not share your email address with third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@rozgarsignal.com. Consent records are retained permanently for compliance even if your account is deleted; all other personal data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
